Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Agency: Early Rabbit Care Services, LLC

At Early Rabbit Care Services, we view your privacy not just as a legal requirement, but as a fundamental component of your environmental sovereignty. We do not treat your personal information, daily rhythms, or sensory needs as "data to be mined." We treat them as the blueprint for your independence.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and fiercely protect your information within our "Zero-Static" ecosystem.

1. The Information We Collect

To provide high-precision, participant-directed scaffolding, we collect information across three categories:

Administrative & Financial Data: Your name, address, contact coordinates, Medicaid/Waiver identification (if applicable), and Direct Care payment/Trust information.

The "Sovereign Baseline" (Care Data): Information regarding your sensory maps, environmental tolerances, nocturnal/temporal rhythms, and your individualized 72-Hour Static Resistance Plan.

Digital & Environmental Signals: If you utilize our Independence Tools (Remote Supports), we collect real-time data from:

Passive Pulse Sensors: Motion, door/window, or stove sensors.

The Astra Hub: Connection logs for 2-way audio/video body-doubling sessions.

State-Mandated EVV: GPS-verified timecard data (via apps like HHAeXchange) used exclusively to prove to the state that your physical Sovereign Life Assistant (SLA) arrived at your location.

2. The "No-Recording" Guarantee & Camera Protocol

Your physical space is your sanctuary. Early Rabbit Care Services operates under a strict Zero-Surveillance Protocol:

No Covert Cameras: Our passive environmental sensors do not use cameras or capture images.

No Recording: Audio and video transmissions made through the Astra Hub for remote check-ins or body-doubling are live streams only. They are never recorded, stored, or archived without your explicit, separate written consent.

Private Zones: Video technology is strictly prohibited in private areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms.

3. How We Use Your Signal (Data Usage)

We only use your data to maintain the stability of your environment. Your information is used to:

Match you with the appropriate Sovereign Life Assistant (SLA) based on your energetic frequency and support needs.

Execute remote support protocols and emergency scaffolding during moments of high static or overwhelm.

Process secure billing through Nebraska DHHS, commercial insurance, or private Enable/ABLE trust accounts.

Maintain your daily logs within your secure "Client Pod" so you always have a transparent record of your care.

We never sell your data, sensory maps, or personal information to third-party marketers or researchers.

4. The Sovereign Vault (HIPAA Security)

Your data belongs to you. We protect it within our encrypted infrastructure (The Sovereign Vault).

Encrypted Portals: All communication, scheduling, and care documentation live exclusively within the secure, HIPAA-compliant EarlyRabbit.care portal. SLAs are prohibited from using personal phone numbers or unencrypted apps to discuss your care.

SLA Confidentiality: Every independent contractor (SLA) operating under our NPI umbrella is bound by a strict Business Associate Agreement (BAA). They are legally prohibited from downloading your data to personal devices or sharing your proprietary routines and ideas.

5. Third-Party Sharing (The State & Vendors)

To operate as a legally recognized agency, we share necessary data with:

Nebraska DHHS & Maximus: We transmit EVV time-logs and billing codes to the state for Medicaid reimbursement. We are also mandated by law to report Critical Incidents (e.g., severe medical emergencies) to the state to ensure your ongoing safety.

Technology Vendors: We partner with secure Assistive Technology vendors to install your remote hardware (like medication dispensers). These vendors are heavily vetted and bound by HIPAA regulations to protect your network.

6. Your Rights & The "Off-Switch"

As the Architect of your care, you have absolute authority over your digital footprint:

The Right to Disconnect: You have the right to power down or turn off your remote support equipment (Astra Hub, sensors) at any time to ensure your privacy.

The Right to Access: You have 24/7 access to your Client Pod to view your daily logs, schedules, and environmental notes.

The Right to Revoke: You may revoke your consent for remote supports or physical services at any time without fear of retaliation.
